Kénitra

Welcome to Kenitra!

DMG Kenitra is situated on Mohamed V Avenue next to the French school Balzac and just above the electrical appliance store Cramer.

At DMG Kenitra we offer Moroccan Dialect and English classes.

Kenitra, formerly called Port Lyautey, is a French city that was established in 1912. It is ideally located for those who love nature, only 10 km inland from Mehdia, a well-known surfers beach on the Atlantic Ocean, 10 km from Sidi Bou Ghaba Lake and bird reserve, on the edge of the Maamoura Forest and along the Sebou River.

Just outside Kenitra on the way to Mehdia you will find the Kasbah of Mehdia, built in the 12th century. You will be able to freely explore the buildings that reamain and see the architecture that reveals the different nations that once occupied it.

Kenitra still has the feel of being in the countryside even though the city itself has around 400,000 inhabitants. The people are friendly and willing to help those who need a hand.

You can get to Kentira by train, only 30 minutes from Rabat or by car as we are on the auto route between Rabat and Tangier.

Looking forward to seeing you in Kenitra!
