Tangier (Tanja طنچة in Berber and Arabic) is a city of the North of Morocco located on the coasts of the Straits of Gibraltar, capital of the Tangier-Tetuan region, in the Rif. Tangiers, nicknamed " the Front door to Africa" , is one of most vibrant, mysterious, and interesting cities of Morocco.
Located 60 kilometers off Gibraltar, and 14 kilometers of Tarifa, it is a city where the cultures, European and African, are mixed perfectly.
